- Interview with Bureau of Land Management Park Ranger Gina M. Mele, conducted and filmed by Anne Marie Hamilton-Brehm at Paseo Verde Library in Henderson, Nevada, August 3, 2015. Mele teaches the Animal Tracks and Petroglyphs workshops in Henderson Libraries’ Generation STEAM series. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Biology from New Mexico State University, Mele obtained a position with the Bureau of Land Management as a Park Ranger in Southern Nevada. She conducts public outreach events and guides hikes to the petroglyphs in Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area.
