- Summary:
- John Rinaldi was a property manager for the City of Henderson when this interview was conducted in 2003. He talks about the original size of Henderson and the several annexations of land that contributed to Henderson's growth throughout the years. He talks about the then-recent acquisition of land for the Pavilion and Multi-Generational Center as well as the Green Valley Ranch development. This interview was conducted in celebration of Henderson's 50th year as an incorporated city.
