Summary:
Ellen moved to Henderson, NV in 1967. She lived in Carver Park with her husband and her children. She has helped the community since she's lived in Henderson. Ellen used her Spanish knowledge to translate church literature from English to Spanish for the population and was employed by the Cooperative Extension of the University of Nevada, Reno, to expand on the nutrition education programs in Henderson, NV. Ellen discusses her life in Henderson and the Las Vegas valley.
