Summary:
Black and white photograph showing a man standing on a flooded road, holding a flashlight. A car is on dry ground at left. On Sunday, July 24, 1955, a flood swept down from the mountains south of Henderson, under the Union Pacific tracks, and in to Victory Village and the eastern parts of Henderson, leaving mud and debris in streets and lawns throughout the area.
