The Henderson Home News featured this photograph in their April 24, 1958 issue celebrating Industrial Days, relating that the Finches had operated the service for the past four years, specializing in engine rebuilding, radiator work, towing and general autmotive repairs. The newspaper describes Mrs. Finch as the stockroom expert and company bookkeeper, humorously adding that while she would also like to become an ignition expert, her husband is not in favor of lady mechanics. |
