- The theme of the 2014 Summer Reading Program Photography Contest is "The Elements". Participants may submit a digital photograph which best fits this theme and explain why. Entries will be accepted online between June 7, 2014 and August 30, 2014.
In answer to the question "How does your entry fit the contest theme?" the photographer answered: Throughout history Water appears as one of the fundamental elements. Various cultures and religions have revered it and it is commonly associated with the qualities of emotion and intuition.
