The statements show Fleming's badge number, 3994, hours worked, and amounts deducted for tax, rent, and group insurance. Fleming (1915-1990) was born in Minnesota. Arriving in Nevada in the late 1930s, he taught school in Pahrump, Nelson, and Goodsprings, Nevada. He worked at BMI until drafted for World War II.
