Co-owner of the R&R lunch counter at the Rexall Drug Store, she served many of Henderson’s prominent businessmen. During the interview, Shannon shares stories about the lunch counter in addition to her work at the Wheel Café, Dante’s Cocktail Lounge, and the Dunes, from which she retired after thirty years with seniority on all shifts.
