520 3    |a Toni Watson Tibbets came to the Henderson area in 1946 when she was two years old. She lived in Carver Park at 16B Lincoln Street until 1949. She graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas in 1962. Tibbets was a long time employee of the Henderson Telephone Company, where she worked for Herschel Trumbo, a pioneer and one of the founders of Henderson. As a small business owner, she provided child daycare and later became part owner of a catering service. The recording does not capture the beginning of the interview. During the interview, Tibbets discusses her youth in Henderson and career as a telephone operator and small business owner.
