- The original document was digitized with a Zeutschel OS10000 TT scanner using Omniscan 11 software running on Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Version 5.1, Service Pack 3. Page images were scanned in 24-bit color at 300 dpi and saved as a PDF file. Adobe Acrobat X Pro (v. 10.1.5) Optical Character Recognition was used to make the PDF searchable.
