Creation/Production Credits:: The original document was scanned with an Epson Expression 10000XL Photo Scanner using EpsonScan software v. 3.4A. It was scanned in 24-bit color at 300 dpi and saved as a PDF file. The PDF was OCR'd with Adobe Acrobat X Pro (v. 10.1.4).
