- Summary:
- The theme of the 2012 Summer Reading Program Photography Contest is "After Hours". Participants may submit photographs that were taken at night or in low-light conditions. Entries will be accepted between June 9, 2012 and August 25, 2012. In answer to the question "How does your entry fit the contest theme?" the photographer answered: This picture fits the theme "after hours" because this picture was taken at sunset at the Grand Canyon. This image captures the various colors nature paints at the sun sets every night. At the Grand Canyon it seems grander.
