- Summary:
- One of a series of small books published by the St. Rose Dominican Hospitals Women's Committee. This story is about Sister Marie Daniel, who was among the first Sisters chosen to open and run the hospital. It includes illustrations by children at local, Henderson-area elementary schools. (This photograph was included as part of exhibit 22 in the "Women of St. Rose" project submitted by the St. Rose Dominican Hospitals Women's Committee for the Library of Congress' Local Legacy 2000 program.)
