- An advertisement for Angel Bread, which was first baked by Sister Marie Angelita at Rose de Lima Hospital. This advertisement states that 3 cents from each loaf of bread sold would go back to Rose de Lima Hospital for expansion and equipment. (This document was included as part of exhibit 9 in the "Women of St. Rose" project submitted by the St. Rose Dominican Hospitals Women's Committee for the Library of Congress' Local Legacy 2000 program.)
