An advertisement for Angel Bread, which was first baked by Sister Marie Angelita at Rose de Lima Hospital. The bread was marketed nationally and baked and distributed by Holsum Bakeries. (This document was included as part of exhibit 9 in the "Women of St. Rose" project submitted by the St. Rose Dominican Hospitals Women's Committee for the Library of Congress' Local Legacy 2000 program.)
