- Angel Bread logo, including ingredients. Angel Bread was first baked by Sister Marie Angelita at Rose de Lima Hospital. It was eventually marketed nationally, and the hospital received a portion of the profits. (This image was included as part of exhibit 9 in the "Women of St. Rose" project submitted by the St. Rose Dominican Hospitals Women's Committee for the Library of Congress' Local Legacy 2000 program.)
