- Summary:
- Henderson District Public Libraries and Urbanologist/Author Max Grinnell sponsored a Summer Reading Program writing contest to celebrate Max’s visit and to showcase the talents of local writers. Each poem/prose/ditty could be 350 words max. The word magnesium and the phrase "It’s the place of a thousand thrills" had to be included in the piece. All entries were due by August 12, 2011.
