- Summary:
- Jim B. Gibson was mayor when this interview was conducted in 2003. He talks about growing up in Henderson, the schools, watching movies at Victory Theatre, and swimming at the pool next to the city's first youth center. He talks about each decade of the city's history and highlights many important milestones and events. He concludes by talking about the importance of the Pittman area and the Hoover Dam in setting the stage for BMI and the development of Henderson. This interview was conducted in celebration of Henderson's 50th year as an incorporated city.
