- Summary:
- Chef Madison Lewis holds a large whisk and a knife while working at Anderson Camp kitchen at BMI. WWI veteran Lewis served as garde mange chef for the Matson Lines and headed the kitchen at Boos Bros. in Los Angeles. Prior to his arrival at BMI, he was the supervising chef on the Alcan highway.
