- In this 1943 photograph, featured in the Basic Bombardier newsletter of Basic Magnesium, Inc., the five-man Hill Billy Band plays at BMI. The band members, who worked in the BMI Fire Station and Masonry, play fiddles, a guitar, an accordion, and a bass. Left to right: unidentified, Jack Gibson, Lieutenant Card, Larry Degler, and "Tex" Hughes.
