- Abstract:
- Smith has served as the editor of The Prospector for more than two decades and has been a member of CCNGS since its early days in the 1980s. Smith shares her experience with CCNGS and The Prospector, providing background about their partnership with Henderson Libraries and activities. CCNGS meetings are held on the third Saturday of each month at Paseo Verde Library and are open to the public. Additional programs are offered at Paseo Verde Library, which maintains the Heritage Room Archives for genealogical research. CCNGS also features seminars in fall and spring.
